Thank you for your recent letter regarding outstanding community charges for 2007 and 2008 for our apartment, Capri 44. I would be grateful if you would check your records as we have a receipt dated March 29, 2007 which confirms receipt of payment for both the new lift and the community charge. On this basis I believe we only owe the 2008 charge of 549.46 Euros.
Please can you check and confirm so that we can arrange payment.
Also as we will not be attending the AGM of the block I would be grateful if you would send me a breakdown of the charges as it is a significant increase to the 2007 charges of 364.86 Euros.
