Further to our recent telephone conversation, I am sending these details.
I attempted to sell a very large number of shares of Bank of America Stock (NYSE: BAC) through Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
Patersons Securities Ltd would not transfer the shares. They said that my account showed much less.
The contract note was sent to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Sydney New South Wales Australia. This contract note clearly showed the correct number of shares and many other details indicating the correct number of shares.
Would you please take action to induce Paterson securites to transfer the shares to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney?
Would you please take any other action to obtain compensation?
