Quiero comentar lo sucedido en esa tienda sita en Avda. Finisterre, nº 64, Cee-La Coruña:
Tengo un telefono de tarjeta de Movistar y decido pasarme a contrato por lo cual me dirijo a Telyco en Cee, sobre el 20/08-08. Me atiende un chico muy amable, el cual me hace las gestiones correspondientes, pero aunque me dice que se me mantiene las mismas condiciones que en tarjeta(conservar el nº favorito), no es cierto. El 5/09/08 me doy cuenta de que llevo de consumo 300€ por lo cual me dirijo de nuevo a dicha tienda y el en mi nombre llama al 609, realiza una raclamacion y me dice que el problema ya esta resuelto que es culpa de las operadoras y que en la factura de octubre estara todo regulado. Cosa que no es cierto y en octubre me llega la factura de 363.04 €, Vuelvo a Cee y me dice que debo pargar la factura y que luego me devolveran el dinero, y me sigue asegurando de que la culpa es del 609 y no de su ineficacia. Así lo hago, pago y ayer 27/10/08 me comunican en Movistar que ellos no me devolveran los 300 € que han cobrado de mas y que el responsable es el distribuidor de Cee, algo que a mi tambien me parece lógico.
Ahora interpondré una raclamación en consumo, y a esperar un par de años hasta que me atiendan, que por lo que veo los del 609 son uno inútiles y el comercial de Cee les gana en iinútil por mucho...ahh! se me olvidaba de decir que en el 609 hasta me hablaron en árabe y francés...y pensar que todavía me quedan 14 meses de contrato..
